Placing property for sale usually involves ensuring all sorts of regulations are met. Truth in advertising is one, but so also: The manner in which target audiences for advertising are selected. Selection criteria within demographic parameters during ad campaign setup can be used to discriminate against offering advertising to certain groups. This is illegal.
